These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of freshspinkc.com and your interactions with Fresh Spin Laundry, operated by Truman WashWorks, LLC (“Fresh Spin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website Information
We provide the website to share information about our Independence, Missouri laundromat, services, hours, educational articles, promotions, and ways to contact us. We try to keep information accurate and current, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Information displayed online does not create a guarantee, quote, reservation, or service commitment unless Fresh Spin confirms it directly.
Laundry Services
Fresh Spin offers self-service laundry and in-store drop-off wash-dry-fold service. Customers bring drop-off orders to the laundromat and return to collect completed orders. Fresh Spin does not offer residential pickup or delivery. Service availability, accepted items, processing details, prices, minimums, add-ons, and completion expectations are confirmed at the store and may change.
Not every textile is suitable for routine machine washing or drying. Before using a machine or leaving a drop-off order, customers are responsible for checking pockets, care labels, fasteners, stains, loose items, and special-care instructions; separating items that should not be processed together; and identifying delicate, valuable, contaminated, hazardous, dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, or line-dry items. Fresh Spin may decline an item or order when reasonably necessary for safety, sanitation, equipment protection, or service quality.
Prices, Payment, and Promotions
Current prices, taxes, minimums, accepted payment methods, add-on charges, and promotion terms are those confirmed at the laundromat or in the specific offer. Website prices and promotions may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Promotions may have eligibility, timing, quantity, or combination limits and have no cash value unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
- Use machines, carts, folding areas, and other facilities safely and according to posted instructions.
- Do not place hazardous, flammable, contaminated, prohibited, or damaging materials in machines or service orders.
- Provide accurate contact and order information when requested.
- Retrieve self-service items promptly and collect drop-off orders within a reasonable time after notification.
- Respect employees, other customers, property, and applicable laws.
Use of the Website
You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, misuse forms, or use the website in a way that violates another person’s rights.

The website and its original text, photographs, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Fresh Spin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
